Screen Australia Studios has many serviced areas available to let on a long or short-term basis at its Lindfield site, only five minutes from Chatswood in Sydney. Areas are available for one week to three years or longer - with better rates for longer tenancies. Offices are single, double, triple or open-plan spaces depending on availability. A single office measures approximately 3m x 4m, and costs from $110 per week.

Infrastructure

All offices have access to the following at low nominal charges:

  • telephone
  • fax machine
  • fast digital photocopiers
  • broadband internet/ethernet LAN (always connected for email and web - no dial-up costs)

Included in the rental rate:
