Australian series and serials shot between 1995/96 and 1999/00 are spread across most budget ranges (in 2009 dollars), with 46 per cent made for budgets between $6 million and $20 million. In contrast, of the small number of co-production and foreign series made in Australia over this period, 88 per cent and 60 per cent respectively had budgets over $20 million.
