Terms of trade

Screen Australia's Terms of Trade provide guidance on how the agency will transact its business. They supplement the guidelines applying to particular programs and are reflected in Screen Australia’s contracts.

The 2010 Terms of Trade were released on 18 June 2010 after a period of industry consultation in November 2009. Comments received were invaluable in clarifying a range of issues and helped ensure the document clearly articulates Screen Australia's intentions.

These 2010 Terms of Trade came into effect on 1 July 2010, and apply to all projects approved for funding from that date. Updates are made from time to time, with changes logged within the document itself.
