Please find attached the SPAA response to Screen Australia's Terms of Trade document.  The SPAA position also includes some comments on Screen Australia's Development and Production Guidelines.

Please note our concerns in relation to the totally unrealistic timeline imposed on the industry to respond to these critically important issues. SPAA has had little opportunity to fully debate the specific terms proposed with its membership and consequently we regard 
this response as the opening of dialogue with Screen Australia.
