The Hong Kong - Asia Film Financing Forum (HAF) 2009 is now accepting applications from Australia, embracing the Australian industry as part of the Asia Pacific community.
HAF takes place alongside the premiere Asian screen industry market, Hong Kong FILMART. HAF is a feature film financing and co-production market that allows selected filmmakers with upcoming film projects to meet the world’s film financiers, producers, bankers, distributors, buyers and funding bodies to discuss their latest projects over a three-day event.
Projects must be feature length and can be at any stage of production. Selection criteria, application fee details and an online application form can be found on the HAF website: www.haf.org.hk
Early Bird Registration Deadline: Thursday 16 October 2008
Final Deadline: Friday 31 October 2008
Projects that are selected to participate at HAF are then eligible to apply for a Screen Australia Type D Pitching Travel Grant. More information about Type D Travel Grants is available on the Screen Australia website.
