Australian films screened in the Short Film Competition

This competition is for short films under 30 minutes, with other criteria as for feature films.

The major prize given is the Palme d'Or for Best Short as well as the Prix de Jury.

While the festival regulations state short film entries must be under 30 minutes, the festival is generally looking for work on 35 mm under 15 minutes.
