This form should be used for fictional film over 60 minutes in duration. Separate forms are used for shorts under 60 mins, documentaries and series. Screen Australia publishes film information in the Find A Film Database, as well as in publications for distribution at major overseas markets.

Screen Australia may use this information for catalogues, information and analysis in a
variety of formats including those not currently in existence. Formats currently utilised
include print and the Screen Australia website. Screen Australia may also make (non-confidential) information available to third parties engaged in the analysis or promotion of Australian screen industries.
