Happy birthday, Flickerfest!

Celebrating its 25th year, Flickerfest kicks off on Friday (8 January).
This year the Academy accredited and BAFTA recognised short film festival’s competitive program includes 18 world premieres, six Australian premieres and more than 50 Australian shorts, including Screen Australia-supported Ari, Bluey, Goodnight Sweetheart, Karroyul, Let’s Dance: Bowie Down Under, Maap Mordak, Nan and a Whole Lotta Trouble, Nulla Nulla, Oscar Wilde’s The Nightingale and the Rose, Red Rover, Reg Makes Contact, Sweat, The Meek, The Orchestra, The Story of Percival Pilts, The Trophy Thief and Under Skin, In Blood.
Following its 10 day run at the Bondi Pavilion in Sydney, the festival hits the road, traveling to more than 50 locations around Australia.
