Porchlight Films is an independent Australian production company making premium cinema and television drama, working with local and international partners to bring the best of Australian talent to a worldwide audience. Porchlight’s 2010 feature film ANIMAL KINGDOM directed by David Michôd, won the World Cinema Jury Prize at Sundance and saw Jackie Weaver receive an Oscar®. Porchlight produced the critically acclaimed film THE HUNTER starring Willem Dafoe, David Michôd’s THE ROVER starring Guy Pearce and Robert Pattinson, which screened at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival, LITTLE FISH starring Cate Blanchett and JASPER JONES starring Levi Miller, Angourie Rice and Toni Collette. Porchlight produced two seasons of the comedy series LAID and the online comedy KIKI AND KITTY both for Australia’s ABC. THE KETTERING INCIDENT was produced for Australia’s Foxtel network. Porchlight is currently in development on FALLOUT, a spy drama series with a satirical bite set in the world of the British atomic tests in the Australian outback. Commissioned by Australia’s ABC and scheduled for production late 2018, FALLOUT is created by writer/director Peter Duncan (RAKE), currently seeking an international co-production partner.
