Mockingbird
When Emily is dragged to the country so her mother can pursue a new relationship, she seeks refuge in the neighbouring farm boy. At first a ploy to regain her mother's attention, Emily begins to fall for him and urges him to escape his violent brother. As her relationship with her mother disintegrates, Emily also wants out. But sometimes patterns of behaviour aren't easy to escape.
