Alienation
ALIENATION is a film about control, or rather the illusion that we are in control of our lives. Rebecca and Richard each use their wiles to manipulate and shape the behaviour of the other. However, for all their ingenuity, sophistication and skill, at the end of the day, the control of the situation lies with an all-powerful outside force.
