Bio: Magali is an independent documentary filmmaker who has worked for 17 years with Aboriginal communities and NGOs across Australia. Her collaborative films have been broadcast on National Television (SBS/NITV), ICTV, and screened at numerous international festivals, national conferences and webinars. Her work centres on listening, and making marginalised voices heard. Magali holds a PhD from the Australian National University and has also worked as an educator and researcher for many years.
