Stockholm International Film Festival

The Stockholm International Film Festival is one of the leading competitive festivals in Northern Europe and its aim is to broaden the range of films screening in Sweden and to stimulate debate. Approximately one third of the selected films are made by debuting directors, and to qualify for competition you have to have directed less than three films. It presents about 150 films annually from more than 60 countries.
