The International Drama Summit is a three-day scripted TV conference that will run from 27-29 November as part of Content London.

Screen Australia will support travel costs for up to 10 Australian scripted series creators, producers or writers to attend the International Drama Summit. To be eligible, applicants must have at least one credit as creator, producer or writer on a completed scripted adult or children’s drama series that has had significant views, such as audiences of over 1 million, or having been one of the top 10 most-watched shows on an established platform in a major international territory at any given time.

Priority will be given to creators, producers or writers who:

  • Have their own intellectual property (IP), preferably pitch-ready scripted series; and/or
  • Are on a path to become a showrunner; and/or
  • Have international Co-production experience.

Successful applicants can use the grant of up to $5,000 toward travel and registration costs.

The grant application deadline is 5pm AEST Friday 3 August 2018. More information, including eligibility criteria and the link to apply online, is available at the program guidelines

Applicants will be notified about the outcome of their application on or before 31 August 2018.

Please email Industry if you have any questions.
