The successful candidate will be engaged under the Screen Australia Act 2008

Our Legal Services Department delivers high-quality, in-house legal advice and services to enable the efficient and effective delivery of Screen Australia’s funding programs.

An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced administrator to join the team as the Department Coordinator.

In this role, you will manage all administration for the department and provide executive assistance to the Head of Legal Services. You will be responsible for co-ordinating work-flows within the team and with other areas of the organisation, and ensure the smooth running of the department.

To be successful, you will need to be well organised, results oriented and able to manage a varied workload. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a small, diverse and busy team environment.  Proficiency with spreadsheets and databases and meticulous administrative skills combined with a can-do attitude are essential.
