Human resources manager

Location: Sydney
Engagement Type: Contract, 2 Years
Salary: $118,501 per annum, plus 15.4% superannuation         
Department: Strategy and Operations
Immediate Manager: Chief Operating Officer

The successful candidate will be engaged under the Screen Australia Act 2008

We currently have an opportunity for a motivated and experienced HR Professional to provide Strategic and Operational support across Screen Australia. Reporting to the COO this position aims to develop and implement Human Resource initiatives that support business performance; and the achievement of corporate objectives.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a similar position ideally gained within both commercial and public sector environments. You will have extensive experience delivering high level technical HR/IR advice and expertise with the ability to contextualise recommendations to apply to the Screen Australia business environment. Proven experience translating business imperatives into well-executed HR strategies, in areas such as Change Management, Workforce planning and Diversity and Inclusion are a must along with your drive for results, ability to positively influence; and lead a small cohesive team.

This position is offered for an initial 2 year period on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start.
