Digital content focus event at MIPTV 2012

Screen Australia will host a targeted matchmaking event for Australian and international delegates at MIPTV 2012 in Cannes, France.

The event will focus on connecting Australian digital producers with commissioners, distributors and producers. The strategic aim is to share information about doing business in the industry and forge potential co-production and co-financing partnerships.

Screen Australia will select eight Australian producers working across digital content creation who are planning to attend MIPTV. Introductory meetings will be arranged on behalf of the Australians with carefully matched international delegates to further develop their projects.

The event will be hosted at the Screen Australia stand at MIPTV 2012 on Sunday 1 April 2012 from 12pm to 2pm.

From the applications received, Screen Australia will select eight producers who would benefit most from participation.

Screen Australia is running the Australian matchmaking event in collaboration with Creatives Loop. Creatives Loop is an international media consultancy specialising in co-productions, helping film, television and digital media producers secure deals.
