Producer Offset applications are going online

From 1 August 2017 applications for provisional Producer Offset certificates will be through our new online application portal.

The Water Diviner

The portal will allow you to complete your application form and upload application materials in the one location. Paper applications will not be accepted from 1 August 2017 onwards.

Applications for final Producer Offset certificates will move online later in 2017. In the meantime, applications can continue to be submitted through the current form.

Provisional certificate fees are adjusted in July each year to reflect changes in CPI. Find out more here.

As announced in December 2016, projects seeking production investment from most Screen Australia funding streams no longer have to submit a provisional certificate application at the time of application. Unless specifically requested, producers will be able to wait to see whether or not their project has been successful for funding before applying for a certificate, saving time and application fees.  A provisional certificate will be a requirement of contracting.
