Frustrated by the uncaring style of his megalith employer the Kent Cinema Corporation, film buff Brad McBain decides to open his own old-style cinema. The Gala Charity Opening Night is to screen the very same epic which last played at the cinema 30 years ago: HERCULES, SAMSON, MACHISMO AND URSUS ARE INVINCIBLE. However, the print is swapped and an all-Italian, non-subtitled version is delivered so our intrepid heroes attempt to 'dub' the film live!
