Synopsis
ARC OF DESCENT was filmed at a war shrine and museum in Tokyo. The work explores the surfaces of haunting black and white photographic portraits of Kamikaze pilots. The portraits dissolve in and out of dreamy night time footage of Tokyo and the presence of black crows flying through misty landscapes.
