Growing up in a world where Superheroes exsit, Luna dreams of being a superhero but lacks powers. She tries many different ways to gain the powers depicted in movies and comic books, but is unsuccessful. Upon watching an interview with orpaned hero Bio Hazzard, Luna decides to kill her parents to become a Superhero. Framing her best friend in the process.
