Synopsis
Maurice Copson is the world’s most hateful parking cop. He takes delight in saying that he even booked his own mother. Unswerving in his ambition, he sets out to break Old Henry O’Toole’s record of 499 tickets in one day so he can enter the parking policeman’s Hall of Fame. Just as he is about to reach his ‘nirvana’ by filling out his 500th ticket his ambition and life are swiped from him in an act of karmic revenge.
