Conversations With a Dead Man

An army officer inhabits two worlds: the banal suburban world of bureaucratic Canberra where he works as an intelligence officer and a bizarre private world in which he moonlights as a mercenary, not for money, but for ideological reasons. On the eve of his arrest he spends the night alone except for the dead man. As the military police close in, memory and hallucination collide. CONVERSATIONS is about a modern warrior's code of honour. It is an Australian samurai film.
