Synopsis

Nancy Dold left New York City in 1988 to cycle across Australia. From Adelaide she rode north towards Darwin, 3200km away. But on the way something happened...Nancy fell in love, twice. She fell in love with Neville Talbot and she fell in love with the small opal mining town itself. Now married, they recount their unlikely romance. A story of romance that travels from Coober Pedy, to Kakadu and New York and back to Coober Pedy.
