The Dead Never Dies The ‘Corpse Slayers’ Chinese Vampire series was thought to be all lost. However, recently a short excerpt from the second film of the trilogy has been recovered and remastered for a Western audience. Parodic in nature, ‘Corpse Slayers 2: Spooky Emperor Zhu’ is a unique Horror/Comedy/Action short film highly inspired by the Kung Fu wave of cinema. The story follows a young vampire hunter hired to investigate a local grocery store. However, what he originally thought would be an easy contract turns into something much more precarious. The hunter quickly finds himself fighting for his life against the undead.
