Synopsis

Miss Monika Pickhart, an official from a local council, visits the home of local illusionist Thomas Ratchet to collect the unpaid rates. Instead she discovers a sinister secret in the Ratchet household including Ratchet's dead wife, who enlists Miss Pickhart's help to avenge her murder. Is Miss Pickhart doomed to become the saw-the-woman-in-half act or is the whole experience simply an illusion?
