Cyprus: Echoes Across the Divide

In Europe's last divided city, Turkish and Greek Cypriots prepare to bridge no-man's-land with a performance like no other, from the rooftops of the old Venetian town. Instruments are sought from Nicosia's war detritus. Through the performers we come to understand what it means to grow up on an island divided by barbed wire and minefields.
