Synopsis

THE DOG AND CAT NEWS is a 3D animated cartoon series presented by dog and cat newsreaders, Tiddles Hardcase and Douglas Holes. They are supported by a range of characters including Beakins, a self centred parrot and Bill Webb the weather duck who can't read the weather charts. The show seldom goes to plan because Douglas Holes is always interrupting or misbehaving.
