Elephants - The Soul of Sri Lanka

ELEPHANTS - THE SOUL OF SRI LANKA looks at the Sri Lankan sub-species of Asian elephant, at its environment and some of the other animals sharing its habitat. It also shows the Asian elephant's very special place in the hearts of the Sri Lankan people. We see the elephants in the wild, working with man, in religious ceremonies as well as experiencing a touching visit to an elephant orphanage.
