James Freemantle is a television 'lifestyle' reporter, well known for his whacky and adventurous stories. James was diagnosed with depression 15 years ago. This is James' 'other side'- a personal adventure of depression. This award-winning documentary gives hope to people 'stuck at the bottom of a hole, trying to dig their way out'. The film contains short interviews with counsellors, psychologists, doctors and a humourist who offer different and helpful ways to tackle depression.
