Journey to Tsong Khapa

A fascinating glimpse into the cultural heritage of China and Tibet. Australian filmmaker, Jon Breukel, takes you on a journey to West China and along the fringes of the Tibetan Plateau, the regions known as Kham and Amdo. Beginning in Guangzhou and traversing Yunnan and Sichuan provinces, the journey culminates at one of Tibet's most sacred monasteries, Kumbum, the birthplace of the 14th century saint, Tsong Khapa.
