Synopsis
A film adaptation from Ivan Southall's novel - one of the most popular stories in contemporary literature. Southall has had over 50 books published in 17 languages in 24 countries. Set in 1917 in a small Australian outback town, this is a poignant story of a boy and his family against a background of a nation at war.
