Letter From Colleen

Larger-than-life author Colleen McCullough ('The Thorn Birds') visited the Northern Territory during the making of a promotional film for the Australian Tourist Commission and Qantas. She spent ten days with two more larger-than-life Australians - Bill and June Tapp, who own and operate the huge cattle station called 'Killarney'. Colleen experienced some of the problems and joys of the isolated outback life, and recorded her thoughts in a long letter to a friend.
