An eerie and whimsical short film of girlhood, self image , and the pressures of beauty standards. #Mourning follows Clementine, a teenage girl who struggles to feel beautiful enough while she gets ready during her morning routine. Trapped in her room she senselessly submits to the idea that she must be pretty and put together for no apparent reason. After many fruitful attempts at this, she gives up and goes back to her bed, awaiting yet another troubled dream...
