Musicians In Uniform

The members of the Australian Army's showpiece band are, they claim, soldiers first and musicians second. But even so, the soldiers who make up the Second Military District Band have musical ability to rank with the best. This program follows the band on its first major country tour - 17 performances in seven country towns in six days, from street parades to gala concerts.
