Nailed

A young man wakes up at a crossroad with a nail stuck in his forehead. He knows nothing of how he arrived, save for a few shocking and violent memories. He hitchhikes, and is picked up by a driver who turns out to be stranger than the weirdos still pursuing him. It's just as well he's got that chain saw, then. Better hope it still works.
