Ngango Battas Mooditcher - (Sunshine Living Strength)

The film is about the Aboriginal existence in east Perth and the Claisebrook Festival of 28 April 1996 done in the spirit of reconciliation. Including a reenactment of the colonisation of the Swan River, a fire lantern parade ending with a spectacular fireworks display made possible by the East Perth Redevelopment Authority.
