For any woman it's hard to make it to the top in their chosen field and if you're an Indigenous woman it's twice as hard. But for NSW Magistrate Pat O'Shane, achieving success in a male-dominated field and doing it at a time when women weren't easily accepted in the legal profession, has been a huge feat.
