Welcome to Pleasant Avenue, the most exclusive street in Sydney's inner west, where the countdown is on for the 10th Annual Community Spirit Soiree. Entitled homeowners are desperate to impress, but underneath their sunny veneer is a toxic culture where neighbours jostle for power, revel in petty drama, and tear one another down (anonymously) on Facebook community groups. Will Pleasant Avenue’s uptight residents be able to put their bitter rivalries and complaints to council aside for long enough to pull it together for their highly publicised Soiree and win the admiration and respect they are definitely-without-question entitled to? Or will it all end in chaos?
