Shadow Life

SHADOW LIFE, the director's first film, is a stark B/W film with a subtle soundtrack that looks at the 'Jungian' concept of the 'shadow' and the consequences of its repression. The visual style, pacing of actors and editing create an interesting hybrid of the director's strongest cinematic influences - Japanese cinema and certain European directors.
