Shinju Matsuri, the festival of the pearl, has finally brought to the screen the remarkable journey of Australia's first multicultural town, Broome, Western Australia. In a symphony of people, music and colour Shinju Matsuri not only celebrates its rich pearling industry but also the history and melting pot of cultures that has made Broome so unique.
