Tabaluga

Tabaluga is a young dragon who is the last surviving member of his species on Earth. He is courageous, playful and full of curiosity, but he is too young to have fully developed his power, particularly his dragon-fire. Tabaluga's arch enemy is Arkos, the unscrupulous and tyrannical snow-man whose aim is to dominate Earth by covering it in ice and snow. Only a dragon's fire can thwart Arkos' evil interest.
