Synopsis

Louise and Kelly are best friends, both coming from broken homes - Louise lives with her divorced mother, Kelly with her mother, stepfather, stepsister and half-sister - and they both fantasise about the fathers they so rarely see. Time has a funny way of changing things though, and as the year progresses, their friendship which is both intense and fragile, is fractured by what seems a small event. And then suddenly it seems that growing up means growing apart.
