UNTOUCHED reveals the apathy people feel towards strangers in our society. A little boy's curiosity of the world beyond proves that apathy is an adults' disease. Sally passes by someone in desperate need of help. Initially, she is wary of approaching the man, but would things have turned out better is she had followed her instincts and acted immediately?
