Wise Heads, Young Shoulders

This documentary is about 16 young Australians in apprenticeships and traineeships. Each of the young people is a remarkable achiever. They were finalists in the National Training Awards. Together they represent a side of Australian youth that people rarely see, people who retain faith in themselves against the odds, who have ideals they are prepared to pursue.
