AFTRS graduate Karen Borger forged a successful career as a writer/director and producer of acclaimed short films, music video clips, documentaries, & TVCs in Australia & Asia, before relocating to the US in 2007 to work at The Walt Disney Company and as a freelancer. She graduated from the David Lynch Masters in Film program and worked as writer, director and producer on three projects. Returning to Australia in 2016 as an episodic director on a factual ABC Me series, Karen then took a work sabbatical from 2016 through to 2022 and has exciting projects in development.
