Born (1987) in Miri, Malaysia, raised on Noongar land (Perth, Western Australia). Living and working between Australia and East Sussex. Hindmarsh is a visual artist. Her practice is loosely focused on the moving image, but also takes the form of analogue film, performance, drawing and writing. In 2020 she completed a Masters in Fine Art at the Ruskin School of Art, University of Oxford. Film screenings include Mono No Aware (New York), Independent Film Show (Naples); Edinburgh International Film Festival, Experiments in Cinema (Albuquerque), Istanbul International Film Experimental Film Festival, HOME (Manchester), Alchemy Film and Moving Image Festival (Hawick).
