Nays Baghai is an independent filmmaker and underwater creative based in Sydney, Australia. A graduate of Australia's national film school AFTRS, Nays' debut feature film ‘Descent’ was the winner of the 2020 Sydney Film Festival, and is available to stream on Amazon Prime ANZ, DocPlay and WaterBear. He has won an additional 25 awards for his short student films, as well as his work as a corporate videographer and underwater cameraman. He holds multiple dive and underwater imaging certifications that enable him to shoot in environments inaccessible to most filmmakers.
