Tenika Smith

Tenika Smith is a graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts. Her film 'Thanks for the Ride' won the school's top undergraduate script prize and screened at a number of festivals. Since 2018, Tenika has been directing at ‘Neighbours’ (Fremantle). Tenika joined the ‘The Heights’ (Matchbox/For Pete’s Sake Productions) for series two which was nominated for Best Drama Series at the 2020 AACTA awards. Tenika has also directed 5 episodes of ‘ITCH’ (Komixx Entertainment) on ABC Me. In 2021 Tenika was nominated for two ADG Awards in the Drama Serial category for her work on ‘The Heights’ and ‘Neighbours’.
