The Screen Guide

This film explores a largely unknown example of modern slavery and unconscious racism in Australia. Young international travellers are exploited, underpaid and sexually harassed when they take part in the Working Holiday Scheme. They work long hours for little pay while living in horrendous conditions as they complete 88 days of farm work to secure their second-year visa under the scheme.
